Dawson Levy Resourcingare proud to be exclusively recruiting for a Contracts Delivery Manager to join a leading client of ours on a permanent basis in Yorkshire, to work within the Water/Wastewater Industry on Yorkshire Water non-infrastructureworks.

You will be joining our clients busy & successful engineering team, delivering projects as part of the Yorkshire Water Framework.

Based at their office in Normanton (hybrid), the Contracts Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operationalactivities across part of the Yorkshire Water Region.

Work comprises of Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering works on both clean and dirty water contracts.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all project delivery outputs
Responsible for managing project managers and operational teams
Develop, maintain and manage client relationships and relationships with the relevant senior operational staff, site delivery and commercial teams
Attend monthly operational meetings
Commercial review of tenders/fixed price service briefs as deemed necessary in accordance with commercial procedures
Liaise with the Framework Director to plan the strategic development of the business in conjunction with the Governance Board
Develop and manage business change and improvement packages under the direction of the Framework Director
Responsible for ensuring/managing resource levels inline with the framework requirements
Manage and work with department heads to ensure business continuity by providing support, guidance and give direction as required
Attend weekly client meetings at various locations
Visit operational sites under your control, dependant on business's needs.

Desired Skills / Background:

HND/Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent
Substantial experience of working in senior management role, overseeing operational activities for a portfolio of works in excess of £30m annually
A strong background of working within the water/wastewater noninfrastructure projects
Working knowledge of NEC Suite of Contracts
Relationship builder, possessing the ability to engage professionally at all levels
Excellent manager of people, able to motivate, develop and lead
Full UK Driving License
