Job description - Operations Executive

Key responsibilities - Operations Executive

  • The key responsibilities of this Operations Executive role in London are:_
  • Liaise with customers on a daytoday basis and deal with all their requirements
  • Produce and communicate pricing quotes for existing and new clients
  • Communicate with suppliers in line with customers' orders and requirements
  • Update product lines and review accordingly in line with customer demand
  • Prepare and distribute export documentation associated with all commercial activity outside of the UK
  • Produce accurate reports, tenders and documentation
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with the company's procedures.
  • Record and analyse data for reports to Senior management
  • Interact and manage the operational elements of the business liaising with Warehousing and Transport
  • Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services to current customers as well as new ones.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or development of new markets.

Job requirements - Operations Executive

  • A hardworking attitude, happy to get stuckin anywhere
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers across the company
  • Stellar working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to take initiative, for example make suggestions for improvements to working proactively
  • Help establish longterm strategic business plans
  • Very organised
