Waking Night Residential Keyworker

Based in a residential setting, the role emphasizes creating a stable and nurturing environment, ensuring safety, and fostering developmental progress during night hours.


Core Responsibilities

  • Vigilant supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents throughout the night.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individual care plans, focusing on emotional support and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Coordination with daytime staff to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care.
  • Engagement in therapeutic activities tailored to individual resident needs, promoting emotional resilience and selfregulation.
  • Implementation of strategies to support positive sleep patterns and nighttime routines.
  • Detailed recordkeeping and reporting on incidents, progress, and any concerns, following stringent safeguarding protocols.
