Our Security Business Partner position is a fantastic opportunity for you to work with market-leading clients across the UK.

What we need from you

  • Demonstrable experience of financial and commercial responsibility and budgetary control
  • Relevant experience in commercial and operational management, including leadership and team management in the service sector
  • Ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with new and existing clients
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, making decisions to benefit Wilson James and the clients
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to produce results with drive and energy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to business partner at all levels of the organisation and externally
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Valid SIA license.
  • Driving License

What would be ideal:


  • Previous security industry or business to business experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering security holistic solutions.
  • Management qualification
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
  • First Aid License
  • CCTV License
  • Defibrillator Certificate

Salary:
£42,580.00 per year
