My client is a UK leading industrial business who are recruiting in their Segensworth / Fareham branch. They are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Have you worked in retail before and are keen to take a step away from this and work Monday to Friday?

Dealing with customers on the trade desk
Taking orders over the phone
Handling customer telephone enquiries
Helping on product returns & invoice enquiries

In return the Customer Service Advisor role offers a salary of £23,000.

Based in Segensworth, Fareham the working hours are 8:30am to 5pm.

The client offers a generous 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension contribution up to 6%.
