We are recruiting an Office & Accounts Administrator on behalf of our customer who are a world leader in factory automation, located in Milton Keynes.

As the Office and Accounts administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of administration fromarranging rental cars to reconciling bank accounts.

As an Office & Accounts Administrator your responsibilities will include;

  • Arranging new lease hire for company vehicles
  • Lease renewal of existing fleet
  • Ensure that vehicles services and M.O.T's are up to date
  • Managing fuel cards, parking and licence checks
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for visitors
  • Visiting other offices in the UK and Ireland on a quarterly basis
  • Allocate customer receipts to the in house system
  • Customer credit checks
  • Daily reconciliation for bank accounts
  • Process customer remittances
  • Previous experience in Credit control is desirable but not essential
  • A full valid driving licence is essential
  • Excellent communication
  • A high level of attention to detail
The Employment package on offer;
- £22,000 - £24,000 + Area Allowance

  • Quarterly bonus
  • Monday to Friday
