Key Responsibilities:
Team Support
- Support the team with general admin
- Arrange internal/external interviews: booking meeting rooms/arranging virtual interviews; booking & setting up telephone interviews
- Maintain business specific reports where required
- Provide CV screening support
- Carry out telephone and/or in person interviews where required
- Assist with the organisation and arrangement of recruitment events
- Ensure internal and external job postings are up to date and correct
- Handle enquiries from the central Recruitment inbox
- Manage ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the team
- Assist the wider Culture & People team as required
General
- Undertake any other reasonable duties /ad hoc reports as may be requested.
- Participate in crossteam and intrateam projects as required.
