Key Responsibilities:


Team Support

  • Support the team with general admin
  • Arrange internal/external interviews: booking meeting rooms/arranging virtual interviews; booking & setting up telephone interviews
  • Maintain business specific reports where required
  • Provide CV screening support
  • Carry out telephone and/or in person interviews where required
  • Assist with the organisation and arrangement of recruitment events
  • Ensure internal and external job postings are up to date and correct
  • Handle enquiries from the central Recruitment inbox
  • Manage ad hoc tasks/projects as requested by the team
  • Assist the wider Culture & People team as required

General

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties /ad hoc reports as may be requested.
  • Participate in crossteam and intrateam projects as required.

Personal Specification:


Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

  • Proven administration experience
