**Recruiter Engineering & Manufacturing
**We are currently in the market for someone to join a technical recruitment agency specialising in manufacturing and construction recruitment.

  • Ideally we are seeking an experience 360 Consultant with 34 years' experience in technical/engineering recruitment. However, experienced 360 Consultant's from other sectors will be considered.
  • The role will involve working in a 4/5 person team, under a team leader/manager and we are seeking someone with strong business development skills.

    The job:
  • Contacting and developing existing database Clients
  • Making sales calls to new prospects and attending client meeting wherever possible to build rapport
  • Filling live roles and working towards yearly revenue target
  • Providing guidance and motivation to new, trainee consultant's

Responsibilities and skills:


  • Make sales call to new and existing/warm Clients
  • Updating CRM system with communications
  • Build rapport with prospect Clients attend meetings where necessary
  • Generate sales pipeline
  • Use of CRM to record call details and set followup actions
  • Work towards yearly target/budget
  • Provide rates to Clients and close out orders/staffing requirements
  • Use of social media (LinkedIn/Facebook) to increase awareness and networking
