A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence Department. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of catastrophic injury matters.

The role:

As a 'Senior Associate' you will be responsible for:
The management of a catastrophic injury caseload.
The drafting of legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc.
Attending at Court both in person and electronically.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

It is preferred that applicants are AvMA panel members.
