We are looking for a dynamic and customer focussed Compliance Inspection Surveyor to join our Repairs and Investment Team.


Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will play a lead role in the successful management of our gas and other fuel servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation contracts, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and current gas regulations to both domestic and commercial installations.

You will also manage other projects such as legionella monitoring.


With the ability to successfully work in partnership, you will ensure that our tenants' objectives around high quality, communication, and customer care are met.

You will ensure that programmes are delivered in line with agreed budgets, and that key performance indicators are met.

The post holder must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to undertake site visits.
