    Main Responsibilities:
    • Patient Interaction: Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the practice's time and resources.
    • Phone and Email Communication: Answer telephone calls and emails promptly, addressing patient queries, booking appointments, and passing messages to clinical staff as needed.
    • Patient Registration and Records: Process new patient registrations, maintain accurate patient records, and update electronic health records with attention to confidentiality and detail.
    • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Liaison with Medical Staff: Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to coordinate care and ensure seamless patient flow.
    • Patient Assistance: Assist patients with form completion, prescription queries, and other support needs.

    Person Specification:
