We are working with an established West London based HA looking to augment their existing team with a Housing Solicitor paying circa £50,000 plus excellent benefits.

You will provide high quality advice and undertake casework as requested, including contentious matters, relating to all aspects of housing law across all tenures, disputes and general litigation matters.

To work as a solicitor providing high quality legal advice and assistance to staff on all aspects of housing, leasehold and debt recovery and other litigation.

You will represent our client in Court and at meetings. Whilst, deputising for the Principal Solicitorin their absence.

You will need Admission as a solicitor in England & Wales coupled with Knowledge and experience of landlord & tenant law, property litigation and Civil Procedure Rules.

Up to date knowledge of case-law affecting landlord & tenant law, property litigationand Civil Procedure Rules are essential.

You will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to process large amounts of information with a proven ability to undertake advocacy at the County Court.
