We are looking for a full-time practice manager to join this busy 4-surgery practice in Grimsby.

With 4 surgeries, the practice already offers a great mix of NHS and private treatments and with the upcoming introduction of short-term orthodontic treatments there is huge potential for further revenue growth:

This is an ideal practice for an aspiring manager to step into the dental industry or to develop your current dental career even further

As a Practice Manager you will be;

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing highquality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
