JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title:
Service Coordinator

Reports to:
Head of Support and Care (Registered Manager)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
£31,891 per annum Band E1, rising to £33,220 Band E2, in Year 2

Place of work:
West Norwood, London

Main purpose of the role:

To lead and manage one of three groups in L'Arche London, comprising of a range of services for people with learning disabilities and its team of assistants.

To create community and lead the service delivery within this group in line with L'Arche values, standards and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission [CQC].

To play an active role in the leadership of L'Arche London, helping shape its future direction as a faith based community provider of services to people with learning disabilities.
