HEAD OF EVENT OPERATIONS


Our client is a leading social and corporate events venue who are looking for an experienced Events Operations professional to manage their events ops team.


You will manage:
□ Events Operations Managers

□ Events Supervisor

□ Events Team Members


Key responsibilities
□ To ensure that each event is delivered beyond guests expectations and in line with company standards, values and in line with the final function sheet.

□ To lead your team effectively to enhance revenue and and other financial targets whilst ensuring service standards are achieved.

□ To build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Events Sales & Planning team and other HOD's in order to optimise operations and future developments.


Business Planning and Strategy
□ Plan and implement an Events Operation strategy.

□ To engage fully in the Departmental and Personal Plan system.

□ To develop, implement and monitor operational procedures.


Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Experience:
