Are you proactive and confident finance professional, within social housing, who can quickly build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders? Do you have a strong track record in maintaining robust financial controls to managetreasury risks? Are you interested in developing and maintaining a robust treasury strategy to facilitate development plans?


Robertson Bell are pleased to be partnering with a growing housing association who are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Joining a high-performing Corporate Finance Team, you will take ownership of ensuring robust controlsare adhered to mitigate treasury risks.


The main responsibilities of the Treasury Manager include:

  • Play a crucial role in the development and implementation of treasury strategy, including analysing various debt instruments to ensure the best and most efficient products for the organisation are being used.
  • Working closely with the Cashbook team to maintain and update cash flow forecasts, to gain a solid understanding of cash flow requirements and drawdown needs, also making any improvements and modifications where needed.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on all treasury matters, including banks and other lenders.
  • Preparing detailed and insightful quarterly reporting for senior leadership teams, as well as covenant reporting to be submitted to banks and lenders.

  • Ideally fully qualified or at least part qualified in a treasury qualification or ACCA/ACA/CIMA/equivalent.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of managing a loan portfolio and compliance on a number of debt instruments.
  • Experienced within the social housing sector,
  • A confident selfstarter with a high attention to detail.
