Description
We have an exciting and varied role available within dermatology. This role will be covering reception as the supervisor and undertaking the tele-medicine administration for the department. The eDerma administration is mainly covering audits and queries from our lead Consultant Dermatologist.

As a person, you will need to be pro-active, adaptable and flexible. A kind and friendly attitude will also be required for this front of house position. You will need to be an excellent communicator and forward thinker.

Being the face of the dermatology department

Ensuring all clinics are cached up in a timely order and that coding is completed correctly on PAS.

Organization of clinical notes

Preparation of 2WW skin cancer clinics

Signing patients into clinic - directing them to their correct clinician

Booking follow-up appointments from clinic

Supervising other reception team members
