rADM Residential Estate Agents, established in 2010, the owner has more than 26 years experience in this industry, ADM has been at the forefront of the local property market ever since, An opportunity has arisen for a full-time or a part time Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our experienced property team based in Huddersfield.

You will be working alongside the company director and our team in a fast-paced working environment, building on relationships and new business.

Salary / Renumeration / Benefits

Salaries are negotiable dependent upon experience

• 28 days holiday. (Including bank holidays)
• Commission scheme/company performance bonuses.

• Experience is a must but in house Training support.

The Role:
As a sales & lettings trainee consultant the role will involve but not be limited to:

• Conducting some sales and lettings accompanied viewings.
• Registration of applicants on our CRM system, matching applicants against suitable properties.
• Arrange market appraisals
• Mailing Out & Posting On Social Media For The ADM Ads
• Self generation of viewing/valuation enquiries
• Window Displays
• Progression of Applications And Feedback.
• Full manual UK driving license / use of own vehicle ( This isn't Important As Depending On Age)
• A desire to work within a professional property team with over 30 years estate agency experience.
• An ability to problem solve and navigate through the various challenges faced in property transactions and lettings maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills.
• At least 2 year estate agency experience. ( N/A for an apprentice )
• Able to work within a team but also utilise initiative.
• The role will be working Saturdays 92pm which are required. TBA

Full-time, ( Permanent Possible After Trial)


Salary:
Up to £20,000 per year dependent upon experience and age

£16,500.00-£20,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Huddersfield, HD3 4HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Must Be Experienced With In This Industry: 1 year (preferred)
