£40,000 plus 10% bonus

Location:
Hybrid - West Midlands - 1 day a week in the office

A leading national organisation based in West Midlands is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to join their department and lead the payroll function.

Reporting into the Head of Payroll, this Payroll Manager position will have responsibility for a large team processing high volume payrolls.

Responsibilities include:

Liaising with the HMRC, software providers and pension provides when required.
Streamlining processes in line with current regulations.
Payroll reporting to key stakeholders and Finance.
Managing team performance and workloads.
Acting as the final point of escalation for payroll queries.

To be considered for this Payroll Manager position, applicants must have at least 5 years payroll management experience, have experience of managing payroll volumes in excess of 5000 staff, strong leadership experience and the ability to communication withstakeholders effectively.
