Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team.

As a B2B Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating high-quality leads for our company.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential business clients, qualify their needs, and initiate meaningful conversations that result in qualified leads.


Responsibilities:


  • Cold calling, to identify and generate leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the pain points, challenges, and requirements of potential clients, and determine how our products/services can address their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead interactions, contact details, and relevant information using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the closers, providing them with qualified leads, detailed notes, and insights to facilitate the sales process and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products/services, target market, and sales techniques to improve overall effectiveness in generating highquality leads.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within a related industry or sales environment. Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients effectively.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate interest, overcome objections, and drive conversations towards lead qualification.
  • Highly selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed lead generation targets.
  • Excellent research and prospecting skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about target companies and decisionmakers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while persistently pursuing leads and overcoming obstacles.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behaviour to effectively qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.

£21,174.40-£35,000.00 per year
