The College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) works with mental health services to assess and improve the quality of care they provide.

We work with more than 90% of mental health service providers in the UK and focus on four key areas:
quality networks, accreditation, national clinical audits, and research and evaluation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in quality improvement or health service development.

You will work in a dynamic team supporting a national network(s) of front-line mental health services, interacting with clinicians, patients, and their carers to improve these services.


  • The Project Officer roles would work across quality networks working with a range of mental health services including:
  • Learning disability services
  • Community mental health teams
  • Child and adolescent mental health services
  • Perinatal mental health services
  • Alcohol care teams
  • Enabling Environments
