Overview

On behalf of a leading organisation based in the West Yorkshire, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for an experienced and proven Clinical Lead to oversee a large mix residential and nursing bed service.

This is an amazing opportunity for a strong Clinical Lead looking to progress their career with an organisation who are extremely passionate about person centred care

As Clinic Lead you will be supporting the deputy manager and home manager with the day to day running of the Nursing and Healthcare Team.

Ensuring that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated is an essential part of the role along with practical, clinical care.

48/36 hours per week and will require occasional clinical shift cover and occasional weekend working.

Location of the Clinical Lead role:
This nursing home can be accessible from Mirfield, Grange Moor, Kirkburton, Honley, Slaithwaite, Linthwaite, Golcar, Elland and surrounding areas.

Must be nurse qualified (RGN, RMN)
Must have clinical lead experience
Must be passionate about person centred care
Must have good communication skills

The Clinical Lead Interview Process:
