Trinity Personnel are recruiting for a client based in Dudley. They are looking for a forward thinking and proactive Production and Distribution Supervisor to join our long-established family business, packaging and distributing industrial chemicalsand solvents.

This is a hand on role where you will be fully involved in day to day tasks.

Job Objectives:


  • To supervise and oversee daily production plans, to ensure plan is achieved
- and vehicles loaded correctly, on time, within relevant national regulations.

  • To ensure production site safety, by enforcing and improving H&S procedures
- and policy.

  • To oversee and make suitable provision for production manning capacity,
- man-management as required.

  • To engage in, oversee, manage and plan any adhoc projects which may arise
  • To manage and produce within the quality control policy and procedures,
- ensuring consistent and minimum production quality.

  • To open the site each day for production purposes. You must have previous
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager.

Person Attributes
wherever necessary, working with production staff, doing the job as well as
supervising the tasks undertaken.

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • A valid HGV licence would be desirable
  • Experience within hazardous environments desirable
  • Supervisory experience. Able to prioritise tasks to meet daily production plan.
  • Fully prepared for outside work in all weather
  • Good manmanagement skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy

Normal working hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00.
