Job Summary
You will play a pivotal role in curriculum design, team leadership, and strategic oversight of the content creation process.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Spanish language curriculum, ensuring it meets the learning needs of our target audience in the US.
• Manage and mentor a team of 23 educators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work closely with product, design and tech teams to integrate content seamlessly into our app, ensuring a userfriendly learning experience.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker or equivalent proficiency, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in content creation, ideally within the language learning industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment, managing multiple projects

simultaneously.

• Previous curriculum design and content generation experience for a language learning
