Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor

Location:
Reading / Berkshire

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits (OTE upto £40,000)

Shift:
Monday - Friday + Every other Saturday Morning
We are working with a specialist, reliable, and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based in and around Berkshire. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisorto expand their growing team.

As a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / you will be required to undertake the following:

• Answer incoming telephone calls to the site.
• Greet all visitors to the site.
• Ensure all customer bookings are consistently and accurately recorded.
• Managing customer inspection schedules liaising with the customer and workshop and managing the daily dairy.
• Keep customers informed of progress reports.
• Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are always adhered to.
• Completing Invoicing and filing, Job cards and dealing with bookings

As a Customer Service / Customer Service Advisor / Service Advisor you should hold:

• Experience in the motor trade industry would be an advantage
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Responsive and willing to learn, receive training, developing both yourself and those around you.
• Able to prioritise your own workload and support the team.
• Excellent relationship skills with both colleagues and customers alike.
