Commercial Paralegal

A new exciting opportunity for a Commercial Paralegal in Newcastle to join a regulated legal practice who helps improve the productivity of legal advice and contractual process while maximising the us of technology.

You will be working on behalf of his endentrepreneurs and prudential and encompass companies.


Your New Role:

You will be joining an exciting team undertaking duties such as:

  • Providing legal commercial work
  • Dealing with company case management
  • Assisting with document creation
  • Being in charge of the full contract lifecycle
  • Dealing with IMA's

About You:


  • Strong academics
  • Previous commercial and contracts experience.
  • Need to be ambitious, proactive, and reliable
