The Salary for this role is £30,000:

This role involves:

Recruiting and training staff
Ordering and managing stock levels
Receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock on the shop floor
Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for
Processing customers payments
Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
Ensure the store fulfils on all legal health and safety guidelines and is kept clean and organised at all times.
Ensuring items are displayed in an appropriate way
Organising all store operations and allocating responsibilities to staff
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Managing promotions in line with promotional calendar
Liaising with the team from head office with regards to marketing calendar and animating the store to keep it looking fresh and exciting
