Key responsibilities:


  • Maximise all opportunities win valuations, listings, mortgage appointments, home conveyancing and survey instructions.
  • Provide an effective sales presentation explaining the company's key features and competitor differentiation to win listings.
  • Value property effectively using a competitor market analysis process.
  • Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards.
  • Take responsibility for the marketing of every property listed through effective vendor management.
  • Provide great customer service to all our customers.

Skills and experience required:


  • Target driven sales experience
  • Mature, confident attitude and approach
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to be the best
  • Focused and supportive to other team members
  • Current driving licence and own transport essential

Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
