    Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager

    Company: High-end, beverage manufacturing company with global presence.

    Position: Group Health and Safety Manager (UK)

    Location: Chiswick London.

    Reporting to: Managing Director.

    Salary on offer: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum, + £5,500 car allowance, 10-20% bonus, 25 days + Bank Holiday, 10% Pension employer, 4% employee contribution.

    You are a passionate health and safety professional who empowers the workforce at all levels and drives exciting projects forward. You want to evolve a company's culture and take them on a journey towards interdependency and excellence.

    We are looking for a proven health and safety leader to support two manufacturing facilities and two distribution sites in their maturity journey, leading ISO 45001 accreditation and implementing a new management system.

    • Head up the Health and Safety function across the UK, responsible for implementing H&S management systems, business continuity management (BCM) and strategic priorities.
    • Coach and mentor the H&S team.
    • Provide alignment of H&S standards across all 4 UK sites and wider European sites.
    • Lead BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) program in the country, focusing on positive behaviours and culture to support their goal of interdependency across the sites.
    • Communicate with functional leadership teams to gain support, involvement and endorsement to the H&S programs and initiatives.

    This is a fast-paced role within a leader company in their field.

    The ideal candidate has:

    • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
    • Management of multiple sites.
    • Exposure to risk management, business continuity management, cultural change programmes.

    The successful candidate will have a people-centric personality, care, pride and passion for HSE, able to engage with gravitas and empower all levels of the workforce, from the factory floor to stakeholder/Director level.
