Position:
Property Maintenance Operative

Location:
Field Based (East Kent)

Hours:
Full Time - 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary:
Up to£35,000pa DOE

Property Maintenance Operative

Given the company's success and continued growth, they have created this important new role where you will be responsible for the
programmed maintenance, repair, groundskeeping and caretaking of their newly built private rented homes across multiple sites.

Your multi-trade experience and knowledge will be instrumental in the operation and success of the property portfolio where you'll enjoy providing
excellent customer service to residents and take pride in the quality of your work.

Are you the right person for the job?
Essential

10+ years multitrade experience
Driving licence
Flexibility (including oncall/callout rota)
Positive attitude and selfmotivated
Good customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation
Clean and tidy working style
DBS checked

What will my role as aProperty Maintenance Operativelook like?

Decorating
Gardening and grounds keeping
Fire alarm and other compliance checks
Clearing gutters
Fixing things
Cleaning
Diagnosing problems (first response)
Meter readings
Basic carpentry
Caretaking and other general tasks
Helping coordinate other trades

Our client is a privately owned and funded Build To Rent developer and operator.

Their estate of 200 homes (built and pipeline) is based in East Kent and their office is in Maidstone.

The team are passionate, small but growing and have already delivered £50M pipeline, on their way to the next milestone of £150M.

What can you expect in return?
