Cover Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to join the team at a secondary school in Weston-Super-Mare working with students between KS3 and KS4.

This temporary contract offers a pay rate of £100 - £110 per day and is offered on a part time or full time basis.

As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher and delivering pre-prepared lessons ensuring all students are engaged in their learning and following the set work.

You will need to manage classroom behaviour, assist students with their work, and maintain a positive learning environment. You will need to be adaptable, organised, and able to communicate effectively with both students and staff members.
