Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Behaviour Support Worker

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may need additional assistance in managing their behavior and emotions.

Your empathetic approach and effective strategies will contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment, helping students reach their full potential both academically and socially.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oneonone support to students with challenging behavior
  • Implement personalized behavior plans and intervention strategies
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of belonging
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in support
  • Monitor and report progress to assess the effectiveness of intervention plans
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with young people and making a difference in their lives. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in behavior support or psychology is desirable, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
