Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Behaviour Support Worker

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may need additional assistance in managing their behavior and emotions.

Your empathetic approach and effective strategies will contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment, helping students reach their full potential both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone support to students with challenging behavior
Implement personalized behavior plans and intervention strategies
Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of belonging
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in support
Monitor and report progress to assess the effectiveness of intervention plans

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with young people and making a difference in their lives. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in behavior support or psychology is desirable, but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and committed to creating a positive impact on students' well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
