B&B Tractors is a successful, family owned business established in 1991 and now employing over 80 people across 4 depots.

We are one of the East Midlands leading AGCO dealers, supporting Massey Ferguson, Fendt and Valtra, along with many other fantastic brands.


The Role and Responsibilities:
Our success and ongoing growth means we're recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our busy Fauld service department.

The role is varied and demanding and includes taking service enquiries, handling telephone calls, providing information and updates on the progress of work, following up enquiries, recording machine/customer data, producing invoices, handling customer queries and general administration.


Our service advisors are expected to offer the highest levels of customer service, both face to face and over the telephone; consequently you will need good communication skills, with a confident, professional and customer focused manner and a real interest in people and customer care.


Previous experience in a similar role in an agricultural or automotive dealership would be beneficial, although training will be given.

45 Hour week Mon - Fri, with Saturday mornings on rota every other week.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer support through professional customer care and aftersales techniques via telephone or face to face.
  • Assist with the scheduling and distribution of work to the Service Team, ensuring the scheduled work is carried out as planned.
  • Create jobs for each service task accurately on the DMS system and schedule them correctly.
  • Ensure all labour recorded via the Technicians Service App is correct and allocated to jobs.
  • Collate the payroll hours for the Technicians accurately and submit for approval.
  • Invoice all completed jobs in a timely manner, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Ensure all completed warranty job cards are presented to the Warranty Administrator with the correct details to enable the professional, accurate and timely submission of all warranty claims, complying with manufacturer's warranty procedures.
  • Support the service manager in all duties and be able to provide cover during any absence.
  • To work with all departments to achieve high standards of service excellence.
  • To assist with the resolution of customer complaints, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure that all stored records and orders are accurately maintained.
  • Proactively work towards achieving monthly budgets for the targeted KPI's, being: Turnover, Margin, Profitability, WIP Age and Labour Utilisation.
  • To assist with ensuring that all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to across the service team.
  • Any other duties as directed by the dealership management and in line with the objectives of the service department.

Remuneration:
The remuneration package includes a competitive basic salary, plus individual training and development plan, company pension and other benefits.
