Administrator - Accounts Department
Here at TH March Group, we are looking for an Administrator to join our busy Accounts Department.
Responsibilities initially to include:
- Providing cover for daily banking cheques
- Taking telephone payments
- Allocating daily credit card payments and journals
- Daily bank reconciliations and journals
You will need:
- To be very organised
- Able to work well in a small team
- Have a good telephone manner
- Good use of initiative
- Good communication skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Preferably experience with excel and accounting systems

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
