Administrator - Accounts Department
Here at TH March Group, we are looking for an Administrator to join our busy Accounts Department.


Responsibilities initially to include:


  • Providing cover for daily banking cheques
  • Taking telephone payments
  • Allocating daily credit card payments and journals
  • Daily bank reconciliations and journals

You will need:


  • To be very organised
  • Able to work well in a small team
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Good use of initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Preferably experience with excel and accounting systems

This role is Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week).

After an initial training period of 6 months, TH March offer hybrid working.

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
