Booking Administrator
Cambridge Hospital | Outpatient Bookings | Permanent contract | Full Time
Up to £21,000 depending on experience
37.5 hours - Monday to Friday, with weekly shifts alternating between 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6

As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.

Responsibilities...

Liaise with patients via telephone to arrange Outpatient appointments
Complete general administrative tasks, such as printing confirmation letters, sending post and filing
Occasional Switchboard cover
Liaise with consultants and their medical secretaries to achieve the best possible patient care

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
Excellent customer service and time management skills
A professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, in both a team and individually
Experience in diary management and/or appointment bookings (preferred)
