    Overview Monday - Friday Day Shift 08:00 - 17:00 with some flexibility required in line with operational needsTake your transport career to the next level with Sysco GB.

    We're home to some of the UK's leading food businesses, including Brakes and Fresh Direct, and we've just opened a next-generation site in Hemel.

    Designed with colleagues in mind, the site has all the right ingredients to be an amazing place to work. Join us as a Fleet Manager and help us perform brilliantly.

    Responsibilities A satisfying roleLeading a small team of direct reports, you'll drive performance and ensure fleet compliance across the site, making sure we're fully equipped to deliver our products to our customers.

    You'll take accountability for budgets, resource allocation, retention, health & safety, customer service and VOR rates.

    Qualifications What you bring to the mixWith your experience leading and motivating a team, you've got what it takes to excel in this role:
