Care Home Trainer/ Health and Social Care Trainer up to £33,000 inc salary and car allowance - to cover the Midlands Region - Based from Home 9-month contract
HR Careers Nationwide Recruitment Service have an exciting role for a Care Home Trainer who has a background in nursing home or care home training and Health & Social Care client.
Responsibilities:
To promote a culture of learning and continued professional development.
Deliver professional health and social care/ care home training across the Midlands region
Requirements:
Ideally, you will have a health and social care, care home, a nursing home background working within a health & social care environment or similar.
You will have a proven track record of design and delivering presentations, be adept at producing your own PowerPoint or similar presentations.
You will be liaising with the management team and truly partnering the business with deciding what, how, why, where training is needed for the managers and in turn their teams.
You will have experienced in delivering training into care homes/ nursing homes or health and social care and have trained in a multi-site.
The role will require you to drive to various sites across the region, with various training, health and social care paraphernalia which will be supplied by our client, along with a laptop and phone.
Learning and Development Consultant/ People Development Consultant trainer to deliver health and social care training across your region. Home-based, with regular travel.
Responsibilities:

Working with stakeholders, training and development peers develop and deliver training plans and solutions.
Delivering learning and development/ training sessions to various care homes.
- Ideally you will have a health and/ or social care background working within a health & social care environment or similar.
- You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering presentations, and be adept at producing your own PowerPoint or similar presentations.
- You will have experience in training delivery
- This may suit someone who has been a trainer/ training consultant, people development partner, L&D manager, L&D officer, training officer, training manager people developer, facilitator, or similar
You will have experience in delivering training in care homes/ nursing homes or health and social care and have trained in a multi-site.
The role will require you to drive to various sites across the region, with various training, health, and social care paraphernalia which will be supplied by our client, along with a laptop and phone.
