About The Role:

Post Production Lead

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands.

We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.

We are looking for a Manager for our new Delivery and Automation function within our in-house creative team.

Leading our versioning, localisation, automation and technical and compliance quality control of all assets created by the department globally.

This role is critical to developing and managing the ways of working and processes to improve stakeholder experience and satisfaction.

What you will do

Lead the new delivery and automation function. Manage a team that traffics and delivers all versions of our creative assets across all channels.
Delivering all assets on time and to the highest quality, adhering to all industryspecific needs, technical specifications, and compliance needs across all channels.
Delivering all localization of assets across all brands. Ensuring quality control and compliance is adhered to for all deliverables/
Leading our automation workstream, maximizing opportunities to automate and introduce clear quality control.
Training stakeholders throughout the business to maximise automation functionality.
Provide input into the review of our Martech stack, to ensure we have the best tools to do our job most effectively.
Provide development, coaching, objectives & goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required from time to time; to ensure your team is motivated and productive.
Building rigorous processes and workstreams to deliver all assets on time and to the highest quality, adhering to all industryspecific needs, technical specifications, and compliance needs across all channels.
Some international travel will be required in this role

Who you are

Proven experience leading the postproduction delivery of assets across all media channels
Understanding of 360 campaign delivery
Experience leading localisation and transcreation teams
Familiar with automated content creation and workflows
Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers
Management experience leading multiskilled teams
Must work well under pressure and keep a cool head
You are a driven selfstarter with the energy to shape a build a team
