As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be a key player in our dynamic sales team, contributing to our success and unlocking countless progression opportunities within our rapidly expanding company.


Position Overview:


As an Inside Sales Executive at Zappie, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, establishing crucial initial connections with potential customers.

Your role is pivotal in achieving daily KPIs, setting up appointments, and optimizing sales opportunities through effective telephone communication and goal-oriented strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


Goal-Oriented Pursuit:

  • Vigorously pursue and exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success.
  • Place phone calls to potential customers, generating valuable leads for the business.

Effective Communication:

  • Follow our script to ensure consistency in the sales program.
  • Set appointments with prospective customers through respectful and polite communication.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain information within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and uptodate data.
  • Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Sales Process Dedication:

  • Demonstrate dedication to learning the Zappie inside sales process.

Collaboration and Optimisation:

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Management team and Sales Administrators to ensure the diary is full of salesready opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems is a plus.

Remuneration Package:


  • Starting salary of £25,000, with added commission for successful installations.
  • Achievement of 40 points: Salary increases to £30,000 pro rata for that particular month, plus any commission earned.
  • Achievement of 50 points: Salary increases to £40,000 pro rata for that particular month, plus any commission earned.
  • In addition, commission is paid on successful system installations from the appointments booked.
  • Expected realistic OTE of £60,000.

  • With the upcoming launch of our Manchester office, potential regionalisation of Sales and Operations teams, providing opportunities for career advancement, including roles such as Team Leader, Floor-Walker or higher management positions based on dedication and performance.
