We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the outsourcing team of a leading accountancy firm in Chichester, West Sussex.

The firm has experienced significant growth in its business outsourcing department and client demand has never been busier.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward thinking senior to join their lively outsourcing team.

The team understands that outsourcing is much more than bookkeeping - they build strong relationships with their clients and deliver valuableadvice and insights to support them with growth, profit generation, cash flow management and strategic decision making.

They make the best use of technology and online software solutions to deliver services, including management accounts/ monthly reports.

In this newly created role you will join a growing team and be a key figure in delivering ambitious growth plans.

There are outstanding opportunities for development and career progression.

You will already be experienced in practice in delivering outsourcedaccounting services to clients either as part of an outsourcing team, or in a general practice role with an interest in this area of accounts.


About you:
Probably ACA/ACCA qualified, but extensive experience of producing both statutory and management accounts is key

An interest in and good working knowledge of cloud based accounting software

Previous experience of allocating and reviewing work of more junior colleagues

Confident in communicating with and advising clients. A strong interest in owner managed businesses
and general commercial awareness is important.
