Duties to be performed in the role will include:
- Logging job ensuring the correct Engineer/Sub-Contractor is assigned
- Where Quotes required obtain prices from Suppliers/Sub-Contractors.
- Sending job sheets to clients
- Advise Sub-Contractors of the forthcoming week's visits
- Advise Clients of forthcoming visits
- Answering the phone and assisting with general queries
- General administrative tasks
- Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers._
