Robertson Bell are pleased to be partnering with this this inspiring organisation, based in Harrogate, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Leading a small finance team, this is a hands-on role, leading a proactive and dynamicfinance team.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Manger role include:

Production of monthly management accounts accurately and in a timely fashion.
Full responsibility for managing the endtoend payroll on a monthly basis, including running manual calculations, processing pension autoenrolments etc.
Lead on yearend reporting, producing all financial statements with supporting schedules and provide any additional information required by auditors.
Partnering with budget holders, meeting monthly to gather information to assist the Finance Director with the development of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor banking processes and assist with the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
Experienced in producing a full set of management accounts.
Able to lead a small team.
A confident written and verbal communicator.
