British-born, today we have 13stores across the UK and are excited to have recently opened our third store in the US an established Interior Design and Trade business, a mail-orderservice and a thriving website.

We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Store Supervisor (24 hours per week) to support our Retail Team, based at our store in Froxfield, Wiltshire.

Our store can be found in the charmingvillage of Froxfield, on the border of the beautiful Berkshire and Wiltshirecounties. It has plenty of space, including a mezzanine level, to showcase ourunique collection of furniture and accessories.

Customers combine a visit toour store with a road trip around the neighbouring antique shops in Hungerfordand Marlborough, or even on their way to or from Stonehenge.

By car our Froxfield store is 20minutes from the centre of Newbury and 30 minutes from the centre of Swindonwith free on-site parking.

We are looking for an agile and proactive Store Supervisor witha positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture thiscompany culture.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Store Supervisor isresponsible for assisting the Management Team in running one of our OKA retailstores.

You will assist in the organisation and execution of the general dailyactivities of the store, ensuring the team delivers the highest possiblestandards of customer service and visual merchandising - both face to face andvia phone - in the most efficient and effective manner.

You will be responsiblefor learning and development of staff members and be proactive in motivatingand leading the sales team to exceed the Sales and Profit & Losstargets.

Professionalretail experience in a team leader or supervisory position
Extensiveselling skills and the ability to motivate others
Goodeye for display design
Thoroughknowledge of the furniture/home furnishings market
