Join us as a Customer Operations Representative, NatWest Rooster Money
- Working with a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be helping families to get the best out of our financial education tool for children
- This is an opportunity to work in an environment where you'll be challenged, trusted, and where your skills and talents will be valued and respected
- You can join us on part time basis, working a minimum of 80 hours per month (weekly hours can vary), covering evening shifts of 5pm to 10pm and some weekend days 9am to 6pm on rotation
What you'll do:
As a Customer Operations Representative, you'll be working together to deliver the most successful outcomes for customers and their families.
You'll respond to customer queries and process, authorise and investigate transactions, while accurately collecting all the information needed to do this on time and to a high standard.
As you develop in this role you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers on different platforms including social media.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Accurately investigating your queries, raising with relevant parties, and escalating where needed
- Making sure processing is performed accurately and within an agreed turnaround time
- Participating in initiatives that help improve our customer service, processes and procedures
- Liaising closely with other teams to advocate on behalf of customers
The skills you'll need:
We'll also be looking for you to demonstrate:
- An understanding of the financial services industry
- The ability to work accurately to deadlines and with high levels of attention to detail
- Good written and spoken communication skills
