South Ribble Council is looking for a Cleaner to join its evening cleaning team.

What you'll be getting up to

  • You'll carry out cleaning duties within the Civic Centre, maintaining general tidiness of internal areas of the centre, ensuring that these are clear of debris and litter and that hygienic standards are maintained
  • Ensuring that there is sufficient stock of materials for washroom services
  • To be responsive to customer requirements as required
  • Reporting to the Facilities Officers any maintenance problems, together with any considered safety hazards and unsafe practices in and around the Civic Centre.
Who we're looking for

  • We're looking for a teamplayer
  • You'll ideally have some previous experience in a cleaning role
