Through expansion of our team, we require a Quality Administrator to join us
4 days per week (Monday to Thursday).
Michaeljohn Training School is a government funded apprenticeship provider of hairdressing and barbering qualifications for over 40 years. We are based in the Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre.
The role of Quality Administrator is an opportunity to develop within the organisation, starting as part of the Quality Team, supporting the day-to-day administration for the company.
You will assist in the retention of documentation, assist in ensuring the right documentation is issued across company procedures, assist in the input of data to the management information system and assist the operations of the organisation to run smoothly.
Duties will include:
- Producing data reports
- Recording and logging documentation and basic data inputting to the MIS.
- Supporting in the daytoday operations of training by preparing documents for interviews, inductions and resources for various departments.
- Checking and filing documents.
- Answering and directing calls into the organisation.
- Assisting in the access and reporting of ICT support to the IT Team.
Required skills:
- Form excellent working relationships with internal colleagues at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Good communication with different businesses working with the company
- Develop knowledge gained from training to understand government funding training provision
- Accurate input and upload of details to the existing MIS system
- Utilise your problem solving and interpersonal skills
Working Hours - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 09:30-17:30. Tuesday 09:30-18:30.
