PROJECT COORDINATOR - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT


We have an immediate opening for a super efficient Project Coordinator ideally with construction related experience to provide full support to a busy Projects Team.


Note that this is a part-time (30 hours a week) 6 month fixed term contract and can be office or hybrid based.

Hours - 6 per day/5 days a week, flexibility with start/finish times

Salary c.£40K pro rata depending on experience

Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include,

  • Task management on Zoho Projects, inputting, updating and following up on overdue tasks
  • Preparing Agendas and taking minutes for team meetings
  • Scheduling design projects to ensure deadlines met
  • General project support tasks including but not limited to raising POs, liaising with subcontractors, following up deliveries, document control duties
  • Keeping track of incoming and outgoing deliveries from warehouse
  • Coordinate ordering and despatch of samples
  • Assist with takeoffs and schedules from project drawings
The ideal Project Coordinator will need,

  • Be able to commit to a 6 month fixed term contract
  • Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally with construction related experience
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Be highly organised with a systematic, methodical approach
  • Excellent levels of numeracy, literacy along with the willingness to take responsibility

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£2,500.00 per month
