Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Support employee relations by assisting with investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases
Prepare HR reports and presentations as requested
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
Manage HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Officer or similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Takes initiative and can work without supervision.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
