Our client is a sector-leading provider of specialist services for children and adults with complex needs. They predominantly recruit in Wales but are also currently expanding their services into England.

They are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team of experienced recruiters.


The Role:

This role for a 360 Recruitment Consultant involves:

  • Delivering on the whole recruitment process which involves account management and building great relationships
  • An element of sales and business development
  • Working in a 360 role alongside the rest of the team
  • Attending job fayres, job centre recruitment events and assessment centres
This role is hybrid with an expectation to work out of their Cardiff office three days a week. You will also be required to attend client visit days and meetings at schools across Wales.

  • About You:
Experience of 360 recruitment (agency or internal)

  • Must have experience of highvolume recruitment.
  • Experience of the education sector would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and able to multitask.
