We are currently recruiting an Admin Support Assistant to join our Property Investment team to work within the Asbestos Management function on a fixed term basis, until February 2025.

Administration duties to support the department as required including (but not limited to); arrangement of meetings, raising orders, recording and inputting data, post, archiving, filing, updating/retrieval of records.
Populating contractor key performance indicators prior to contractor meetings.
Updating of the asbestos module of the asset management database as required, using CSV data supplied by a third party.
Managing and updating spreadsheets, assisting the Group Asbestos Manager with areas of finance.
Preparation of documents using Microsoft Word.
Arrangement and management of appointments for asbestos surveys when required.
Collate and prepare Tenant Information Sheets to send out to customers.
